On February 15th the New Europe Venture Contest Semi-Final took place in Swissôtel, Tallinn. On February 10, 2012 Komas Oy and Cargotec Oyj completed the transfer to Komas’ Group of Cargotec’s component manufacturing business located in Narva.
LAWIN acted as Estonian legal adviser of the acquirer, Komas Oy.
