The life sciences forum “Life Sciences Baltics 2012”, to be held in September 2012 in Vilnius, will unite professionals in the field from all over the world. This international conference is an unprecedented event not only in Lithuania but in the whole Baltic region. LAWIN Partner Dr Jaunius Gumbis, and Senior Associate Rūta Pumputienė, were invited to serve as ambassadors to the event, and contribute their knowledge, ideas and experience.

The Energy Law Excellence Centre (ENEX) by LAWIN, organized and hosted a meeting of the Energy Law Group, an international association of lawyers specialized in energy law. The meeting took place on April 27-28, 2012 in Vilnius, and attracted more than 40 legal professionals from 25 countries, including France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Lebanon, Qatar and United Arab Emirates. The Energy Law Group was created in 1993 and is the most extensive network of more than 220 European legal experts in energy law.
