The 3rd meeting of Select Forum on Governance took place on August 25, 2011, at LAWIN Vilnius office

LAWIN Vilnius office gathered top tier managers of leading Lithuanian banks and companies with the Lithuanian Minister of Economy Mr. Rimantas Žylius to discuss the communication issues of State controlled companies’ reform. LAWIN Vilnius office was represented by the managing partner Rolandas Valiūnas and senior associate Robertas Čiočys.

This was the third meeting of Select Forum on Governance – a platform for the Ministry of Economy and the highest level managers of leading companies in Lithuania to discuss the governance issues of the State controlled companies. The Forum is run by the Lithuanian Ministry of Economy, Baltic Management Institute together with LAWIN and meets quarterly. 

The meeting was held on the August 25, 2011.
