LAWIN Vilnius office hosted the first Baltic Management Institute and the Ministry of Economy Select Forum on Governance. The Forum gathered Lithuanian Minister of Economy Dainius Kreivys and more than 20 chief executives and board members from the leading companies active in Lithuania. The forum discussed corporate governance practices relevant for Lithuania and in particular provided ideas to the Minister of Economy for better management and governance of EUR 5.2 billion worth Lithuanian State controlled companies. The Forum was chaired by LAWIN Vilnius office partner Dovilė Burgienė while managing partner Rolandas Valiūnas and lawyer Robertas Čiočys were among participants.
