Advising ABG Sundal Collier (a Nordic investment bank) on its acquisition of several shopping center projects developed by the Linstow group from Norway. We have performed an extensive due diligence investigation of the SPVs which own each of the shopping centers, and have established the Latvian companies used as a part of the transaction structure.
