Advising Coca-Cola HBC group on the purchase of several large land plots for construction of a new bottling plant for non-alcoholic beverages in Latvia. The project involved transactions with option agreements and purchase agreements involving many of conditions precedent such as municipal territorial planning issues, split and merger of the land plots, land survey works and registration of several changes regarding the encumbrances and mortgages with the Land Register, as well as forest transformation process. Value of land purchase approx. EUR 3 million; value of project approx. EUR 70 million
