Advising Donetskstal on a new project in the territory of the Free Port of Ventspils, for the extraction of methanol through coal processing. The work includes preparing a memorandum of understanding among several parties, involved in the project, advice on lease issues  preparing and advising on a land purchase option agreement for the project site (Latvia).
