Advising Scientific Games Worldwide Ltd (leading supplier of instant tickets, systems and services to lotteries worldwide, a leading supplier of server based gaming machines and systems, betting terminals, wagering systems and services to pari-mutuel operators) on the introduction of brand new lottery terminals in Lithuania. Such lottery equipment was never used in Lithuania, therefore legal issues generated by the usage of such equipment were novel. In addition, the assignment also included evaluation of compliance of contractual provisions with competition, licencing requirements as well as other lottery regulatory requirements for technical equipment used in the course of lottery operation (Lithuania)
