Advising the German company EnviTec Biogas AG on negotiations and contract conclusion process with Latvian entrepreneurs

Advising and representing the German company EnviTec Biogas AG in negotiations and regarding the contract conclusion process with Latvian entrepreneurs for the construction of a new biogas plant in Latvia. EnviTec Biogas AG offerd successful and quality solutions for the particular construction project. After the construction of the plant EnviTec will offer perform technical maintenance of equipment of the plant. In 2010, we represented EnviTec Biogas Plant in negotiations regarding the construction of a biogas plant with Latvian companies Pampali SIA and Saldus Buve SIA. Approx.value of the project in 2009 – EUR 3 million, in 2010 – 2.8 million.
