Advising significant commercial real estate investors in Lithuania and the Baltics  (Baltic Property Trust, the largest commercial real estate investor in the Baltics; funds managed by DEKA Immobilien, the second largest real estate institutional investor in Lithuania and the world’s largest manager of open ended funds, Carpathian PLC, a UK based institutional investor in Central and Eastern European retail properties; EPI Baltic I Ltd, a real estate equity fund of the Finnish investment bank Evli Bank Plc) on the acquisition of the largest shopping centers in Lithuania (Europa, BIG, Babilonas, MOLAS and G20).
