Bancroft Private Equity LLP acquisition of Starman AS

Advising Bancroft Private Equity LLP on the acquisition of Starman AS, a public company listed in the main list of the Tallinn Stock Exchange, the largest cable-TV operator and the second largest broadband internet and fixed line telephone service provider in Estonia. Bancroft Private Equity LLP acquired a majority shareholding of 54,04% in AS Starman as a result of a block transaction with AS Hansapank, which was followed by a mandatory take-over bid to all the shareholders of Starman AS. Currently the shares held by minority shareholders have been acquired through squeeze-out and the company has gone private.
