Eastman Chemical Company acquires Genovique Specialties Corporation

 Advising Eastman Chemical Company, a major chemicals producer listed on the New York Stock Exchange, in the acquisition of Genovique Specialties Corporation, a leading global producer of specialty plasticizers, benzoic acid, and sodium benzoate. The acquisition included Genovique manufacturing operations in Estonia, USA, and a joint venture in China (with 2009 total revenues of approx. $135 million).
