EBRD acquisition of a key stake in Parex Bank in Latvia

Advising EBRD regarding its acquisition of a key shareholding stake in Parex Bank in Latvia. The deal, with a value of EUR 103 million, consisted of equity and a subordinated loan being extended to Parex Bank, as well as the issue of an LVL 89 million guarantee by the Republic of Latvia to EBRD.
