Fermentas International Inc USD 260 million sale of shares

Advising on the USD 260 million sale of shares of Fermentas International Inc. to Thermo Fisher Scientific (leading life science company listed in the New York Stock Exchange). According to Andrius Kubilius, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania, this was the largest private capital transaction in Lithuania during the last 20 years.
