Advised Fima UAB on the sale of the controlling equity interest to MVC Capital

Advising the shareholder in Fima UAB (major Baltic company providing electronic engineering integrated solutions) on the sale of the controlling equity interest to MVC Capital, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange listed business development company that makes private debt and equity investments, in partnership with private equity fund Riga Capital. MVC Capital had made a USD 28.1 million equity investment and additional financing was provided by Latvian Parex Bank.
