Goodyear Dunlop Tires Group establishes branch offices in Latvia and Lithuania

Advised Goodyear Dunlop Tires Group and its Estonian subsidiary Goodyear Dunlop Tires Baltic on the transformation of the Estonian subsidiary and on the establishment of branch offices in Latvia and Lithuania in order to improve the corporate governance structure of the company.
