Advised Indorama Group on international tax and corporate governance structuring

Advising Indorama Group (a multinational company with its products shipped to over 90 countries across the globe) on international tax and corporate governance structuring spanning over 5 jurisdictions as a result of which Lithuania was chosen to host the holding company for the joint venture with the Italian Branch of Ottana Polimeri Europe operating two PET and PTA manufacturing facilities in Sardinia (name of the joint venture company being UAB Ottana Polimeri Europe).
