LAWIN acted as Lithuanian counsel to the Republic of Lithuania on its issue of US$1.5 billion 6.625% Notes due 2022. The proceeds of the issue will be used to address the country’s forthcoming maturities and for general budgetary purposes. Barclays Capital and BNP PARIBAS were Joint Lead Managers.
