Felit UAB, IKEA’s franchise holder in Lithuania, announced the long anticipated entry of IKEA into Lithuania – IKEA’s first store in the Baltics will be opened in Vilnius in the fall of 2013. LAWIN has worked closely with Felit in order to make this project successful, providing a complete package of complex legal services, related to the business establishment in Lithuania, real estate acquisition and financing, tax, as well as construction and planning of the IKEA store.

Tomas Milašauskas, partner at LAWIN Vilnius, says that the firm is especially proud in having the opportunity to serve the franchise holder of IKEA in its entry into the Lithuanian market. “LAWIN once again demonstrated its calibre in providing a complete package of legal services to its client. The job required and will require professional legal services from different practice areas, thus our law firm was able to offer a “one stop shopping” opportunity, saving the client’s time and making the process more effective.
