LAWIN advised the City Government of Tallinn on a major PPP schools renovation project

On November 14th the City Government of Tallinn and a real estate development company K&L Arendus OÜ concluded agreements for carrying out a new PPP project for renovating and maintaining 2 schools and 2 kindergartens in Tallinn with a total investment of  approximately 10 000 000 EUR.
LAWIN Tallinn office’s PPP project team was responsible for the management of the legal side of the project. LAWIN advised the City Government of Tallinn on the following: 1) development of project structure; 2) preparation of contracts and competition terms; 3) carrying out the competition and negotiations with tenderers; 4) preparation of final contractual terms.

In total LAWIN Tallinn’s PPP team has now advised the City Government on carrying out PPP projects for renovating 21 schools and 2 kindergartens in Tallinn.
