LAWIN advises on the sale and acquisition of AS “LTB BANK” in Latvia

LAWIN advised on the sale and acquisition of AS “LTB Bank” – one of the oldest banks in Latvia, formerly known as AS “Latvijas Tirdzniecības banka”. The most significant client segment of the bank consists of non-residents. The bank was acquired by Igor Kim, a Russian banker, from one of the largest banks of Russia – MDM Bank (deal value confidential).
