LAWIN advises Visagino Atominė Elektrinė on the selection of Hitachi as strategic investor for the New Nuclear Power Plant project

LAWIN Vilnius has for the past years provided legal services to the company Visagino Atominė Elektrinė UAB, which develops the new Visaginas Nuclear Power Plant project (NPP), and now Hitachi Ltd. together with Hitachi-GE Nuclear Energy Ltd., was selected as the strategic investor for the project.
