LAWIN Riga represents Eesti Energia in its first investment project in Latvia, the acquisition of a majority shareholding in „SIA Enefit Power and Heat Valka”. This company will develop a modern cogeneration plant in the city of Valka which will be powered by biomass – the largest such project of its kind in Latvia. The LAWIN Riga team that worked on this project were senior associate Dace Cirule and associate Kristine Meija, supervised by partner Raimonds Slaidins.
