LAWIN successfully represented Novatours in a cartel investigation in Latvia

The LAWIN Riga Office successfully represented Novatours in a cartel investigation by the Competition Council concerning alleged market division by Novatours and Tez Tour, two major tour operators in Latvia. On September 9, 2011 the Competition Council terminated its investigation without finding infringement of the Competition Law.
