Advising  in privatisation of Mazeikiu elektrine AB (thermoelectricity plant) and its merger into AB ORLEN Lietuva (previously named Mazeikiu nafta) in Lithuania. This merger (the value of the merged companies approximates to EUR 1.7 billion) remains one of the the largest in the Baltics.
