Novaturas UAB on sale of equity interests to Enterprise Investors

Shareholders of Novaturas UAB (leading tour operator in the Baltic States) on the sale of their equity interests to Enterprise Investors (one of the largest private equity fund in the CEE). This approximately EUR 40 million has been the largest private equity transaction in Lithuania in terms of value (excluding retail, energy and telecommunication sectors).
