Modernisation of the Lithuanian employment law

Advising on the ambitious initiative leading to the modernisation of the Lithuanian employment law. As a consequence of this initiative, the definition of distance work was introduced into the Lithuanian Labor Code and related legal acts which came into effect in August 2010.
