Participated in the development of multi-jurisdictional rescue plan for British Vita Group

Participated in the development of a multi-jurisdictional rescue plan for British Vita Group (a worldclass producer of cellular and industrial polymers, engineered thermoplastic sheet and nonwovens). Under coordination by Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom (UK) LLP the rescue plan covered 20 jurisdictions. Lithuanian assignment included creation of the unique early-warning system, redesigning of settlement procedures with key suppliers, improvement of management schemes, in-depth analysis of various aspects of insolvency and restructuring with the liabilities involved, and related regulatory advice
