Representing E.ON Ruhrgas in an extensive shareholder's claim

Representing E.ON Ruhrgas in an extensive shareholder's claim against the Latvian gas utility company Latvijas Gaze and dispute with other shareholders regarding illegal amendments to the articles of Association with respect to the voting rights of shareholders and re-registration of the company with the Commercial Register. The civil case initiated by the client was finally adjudicated in the highest court of final recourse in the Latvian court system, by an extended panel of seven judges of the Senate of the Supreme Court in favour of our client
