Representing Enefit SIA in administrative proceedings regarding recognition of an administrative act of the Public Utilities Commission,  which increased distribution tariff, as invalid within the period of time when it created discrimination among the associated users and end consumers who had chosen to become electricity market participants. In the first instance we have achieved the court judgment favorable for the client (Latvia)
