Advised on the rescue of subsidiary of Alita AB

Advising on the rescue of subsidiary of Alita AB (major Lithuanian alcohol producer listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius) which is a company operating in Serbia. Our mandate was to prepare a rescue plan of the Serbian brewery company (Beogradska industrija pivo – BIP) and its parent company Alita AB which privatized BIP together with the Swedish company (acting as a consortium) under the privatization agreement and was the major shareholder of BIP. The Serbian authorities terminated BIP privatization agreement, the dispute regarding investments made (approximatelly EUR 31,3 million) is ongoing.
