Societe Generale acquires 100% of Inserviss Group

Advising Societe Generale Consumer Finance, one of the largest consumer credit companies and financial market leader in Europe, on the acquisition of 100% ownership of one of the leading Latvian consumer credit companies Inserviss Group and the acquisition of a controlling equity interest in UAB General Financing, a major consumer finance company in Lithuania. This was the only entrance in 2008 into the Lithuanian consumer finance market by the international financial services group.
