Structuring, advising and representing Closed End Real Estate Investment Fund Lords LB in a real estate investment transaction, including property finance. The client is the first locally established closed end real estate investment fund which acquires property in Lithuania. As the regulatory framework of operation and investments of such locally established funds has not been tested in practice extensively our lawyers are proud of advising the client on structuring, negotiating and execution of this pioneer transaction. This was the first real estate investment transaction in the Lithuanian real estate market after almost 2 years of stagnancy.
