TELIASONERA acquisition of minority shareholdings in TEO LT AB

Advising TELIASONERA (the leading provider of telecommunications solutions in the Nordic and Baltic region and the mobile communications leader in Eurasia) for the voluntary tender offer in relation to acquisition of minority shareholdings in TEO LT AB (a major fixed telecoms operator in Lithuania) as well as in relation to a complicated merger notification submitted in the context of the acquisition of minority shareholdings and acquiring sole control over AB TEO LT. In 2009 this EUR 153 million transaction was the largest M&A deal in the market involving telecoms market leader in the Nordic and Baltic region.
