Advised the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in the demerger of LEO LT
Advising the Government of the Republic of Lithuania in the demerger of LEO LT (a former national holding company which was established with the goal to construct a new nuclear power plant in the Lithuania, power bridges between Lithuania and Poland and Lithuania and Sweden, and the integration of Lithuanian energy system into West European energy system). This demerger can be considered as the most complicated demerger in the Lithuanian history due to the significant value (EUR 2.3 billion, including the buy-out of shares the value of which was EUR 200 million)of the entire deal and potential dispute related to the value of the contributions made.
