Advising the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on a complex energy project

Advising the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (via the Ministry of Energy and / or Government controlled companies) on a complex energy project involving the creation of (i) a joint venture for construction of new nuclear power plant in Lithuania (anticipated value of the project of EUR 10 billion approximately); (ii) a joint venture for the construction of electricity seabed transmission interconnection between Sweden and Lithuania (anticipated value of the project of EUR 500 - 700 million); and (iii) a joint venture for the construction of an overhead power bridge between Poland and Lithuania (anticipated value of the project of EUR 200 - 500 million).
