Yukos International UK B.V. sells its controlling equity interest in AB Mazeikiu Nafta

Advising Yukos International UK B.V. on the sale of its controlling equity interest in AB Mazeikiu Nafta (now AB Orlen Lietuva, Lithuanian oil refining complex and largest Lithuanian company) to PKN Orlen S.A. at a price exceeding USD 1.4 billion (the largest Lithuanian M&A transaction to date) and subsequently advising the Government of Lithuania on the sale of the remaining 10% of equity interest in AB Mazeikiu Nafta to PKN Orlen S.A. at the price of approximatelly USD 284 million (the largest Lithuanian M&A transaction in 2009).
