On December 12th, the European Law Students' Association (ELSA) held a competition law workshop “Cartels – who’s interfering with who?”
LAWIN senior associate and competition law specialist Katri-Paas Mohando made a presentation on the nature of cartels and the practice of Estonia and the EU in the fighting against cartels.
Head of the Supervisory Department of the Estonian Competition Authority, Juhan Põldroos spoke about the activity of the Estonian Competition Authority from the point of view of enforcement authority.
Presentations were followed by a panel discussion.
