LAWIN Associate Martins Gailis approved as European Trade Mark Attorney
On 2 January 2012, LAWIN Associate Martins Gailis has been approved as European Trade Mark Attorney by the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) and entered into its list of professional representatives.
Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) is the European Union agency responsible for registering trade marks and designs that are valid in 27 countries of the EU. The Office also works in close partnership with national IP offices in the EU member states, with international offices, and the European Commission on a wide range of issues affecting the owners and users of intellectual property rights.
