In August LAWIN attorneys Marina Tolmatshova (Tallinn), Indrė Jonaitytė (Vilnius), Robertas Čiočys (Vilnius) and Rimantas Stanevičius (Vilnius) completed the cross-border transaction program at Lex Mundi Institute in Monterey, California.
This year the intensive one-week long program focused on the following topics: presentation and negotiation skills for effective communication, advanced legal writing and editing, acquiring and running a cross-border transaction, Lex Mundi Networking and Business Development Opportunities. The participants received a thorough training including practical know-how through workshops and case studies led by experienced professionals.
