LAWIN partners Ilga Gudrenika-Krebs and Liina Linsi participated in the Lex Mundi Association's Litigation, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Practice Group Europe/ Middle East/ Africa Regional Meeting in Copenhagen. The meeting participants discussed topical arbitration issues. Maersk Oil Corporation in-house counsel participated in the meeting to discuss arbitration matters and cooperation with outsourced attorneys. A comparative analysis was presented by a Danish professor about domestic and international arbitration and specific character of arbitration institutions in this context. The meeting was hosted by Kromann Reumert – the Lex Mundi member firm in Denmark.
