LAWIN Tallinn office appoints two new partners
LAWIN Tallinn office has made two new appointments amongst our attorneys that have demonstrated outstanding talent and devotion to top-tier legal performance and loyalty to the values shared at LAWIN. As of July 1st associate partner Marina Tolmatshova is appointed partner and senior associate Elo Tamm is appointed associate partner.
Marina Tolmatshova has successfully advised some of the most significant and complex M&A, financing and private equity and capital markets Estonian and cross-border transactions. She has vast experience in advising corporate banking and finance clients, including leading international banks and investment funds and fund management companies. Since March 2011 she also acts as the head of the LAWIN Estonia Finance &Tax practice group.
Elo Tamm is a leading competition law specialist in Estonia with more than 10 years of experience in advising leading Estonian and international companies on all aspects of competition law, including restrictive practices, abuse of dominance, competition law in regulated industries, state aid, special and exclusive rights and merger control. Elo Tamm is also a valued adviser in energy law leading this team in the LAWIN Estonia Industry& Regulatory practice group.
The three LAWIN offices in the Baltics now have 25 partners in total and more than 140 legal professionals working in five practice groups.
