Marius Juonys has become the 13th partner of LAWIN Vilnius office

At the beginning of the year lawyer Marius Juonys has joined the ranks of partners in the Vilnius office of LAWIN, the largest business law firm in the Baltic States. The new partner, who has been at the law firm since 1998, works in the Industry and Regulatory Practice Group and is the head of the group’s Competition, Public Procurement and PPP subgroup.

“The career of our recent partner is a splendid example of how talent evolves inside our law firm.  Marius Juonys’ work has had an important impact on our law firm since the start of his practice. We believe that his expertise in competition and public procurement law will help us further strengthen relations with clients who need legal assistance in these fields and will contribute to the development of our law firm,“ said Rolandas Valiūnas, the Managing Partner of LAWIN Vilnius.

Marius Juonys has 12 years of professional experience and has participated and lead working groups which prepared various Lithuanian legal acts and conceptions, draft laws and scientific-investigative studies related to the competition law. Moreover, this legal expert is an author of a number of articles on law and has made his impact with contributions to several books. Marius Juonys obtained Executive Master of Business Administration degree at Baltic Management Institute, as well as serves as a lecturer at Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, where he teaches competition law.

Currently, LAWIN has 28 partners, thirteen of them working in Lithuanian, eight in Latvia and seven in Estonia.
