The Lawyer magazine reviews global law firm structures

Joanne Harris from The Lawyer magazine reviewed some of the law firm network structures and reasons for integration. “There are a good many ways a global law firm can structure itself, but the aim is always to present a single point of contact to its clients.” she reports.

The article “United front”, published on September 5, analyzes several examples of the law firm structures, including two of the largest firms that operate globally through network-type structures – Eversheds and the group of European practices unified as CMS; and network of alliance firms of SNR Denton. The article also highlights LAWIN’s continued integration and discusses the merits of this “merger in progress.”
