LAWIN represents a unique operating model, unprecedented in the Baltics.

Our model has been developed based on our values and principles, emphasizing extensive teamwork, as well as the importance of the individual leadership of each team member. Efficiency of processes and quality of solutions are ensured by working in cross-border and cross-functional teams. LAWIN is governed by the LAWIN Management Board led by a chairperson rotating among the offices on an annual basis.
